Hydration Vest
Finding the right gear to carry my phone, lights, chapstick, snacks, hydration, and any extra clothing I may need or take off has been hard for me. I used to always use a waist pack like a Spi belt or fitness belt, but I’ve recently tried a hydration vest and it has been a game-changer!
The one I purchased was on Amazon and the price was just right. I use this now when I go hiking in addition to running. I haven’t actually used mine to carry water in yet, but once I start doing longer training runs I will need to.

I love my Garmin. Then on Cyber Monday, I saw a beautiful rose gold Garmin! I don’t need a new watch but I wouldn’t turn this one down either!

Muscle Recovery
I had a leg workout and then run that left me gimping along with major muscle soreness this week – ouch! I’ve been using our deep tissue massage gun to help remove the lactic acid to reduce the soreness quicker.

Two accessories I love this year are my Knuckle Lights and Koala Clip.
Knuckle Lights
Every year I have this in my gift guide. I can’t stress enough how important it is to be lit up while running in the dark. I’ve had to jump off the road onto the curb more times than I’d like to count because the driver didn’t see me. I have also almost hit runners because their clothing blended in with the landscape.
