Today I was looking forward to running because I had taken off some time since last Thursday to heal my sore right leg that has issues. I also listened to a lot of podcasts about Jeff Galloway’s run/walk/run method and wanted to give it a try to see how my leg does with that method. I ran 5 miles and my time was just as good as if I ran the entire distance. I ran 4 minutes, then walked 1. When I was done I did a cold bath for 15 minutes then took my shower and went on with the day. I hope to increase these miles with little issues with my leg.
